Premium Ladder Ball 

This is a nice set but the ladder rungs broke. I am just trying to get replacement pieces but it’s proving very difficult. Can anyone tell me how I can get replacement parts??

Fun game but this product is a piece of junk. Probably got 3-4 games out of it before parts started breaking. Niether the manufacturer nor Kelsyus will respond to replacement parts requests.

I am just trying anything to get replacement parts including via this review. Can someone email me regarding replacement parts for the premium ladder ball product.

I purchased this at Target. After only 3 weekends of usage, ALL the ropes between the balls broke and/or unraveled. Some were broken in dangerous conditions as they came apart when wrapping around the bars. I contacted customer service, let's see if they stand behind the product. BTW, the ladder seems to be a very good quality. Yet this has had limited usage.

Not happy - purchased this product a month ago. Played it this morning and wrapped one of the balls around the bottom rung - the entire piece cracked. Unacceptable for a product that is so expensive to break a month into use. There's nowhere to purchase the rungs online, so I'm now out $60. ***Response from Kelsyus: We are sorry that you experienced this issue with the Ladder Ball game you purchased.
